Career Transition Partnership (CTP) brings together the
MOD and Coutts Consulting Group, providing resettlement
support for Service leavers. Through our ten Regional
Resettlement Centres (RRCs) in the UK and Germany, a
Resettlement Training Centre (RTC), and the offices of
our Employment Consultants in the Officers’
Association (OA) and the Regular Forces Employment
Association (RFEA), we provide an extensive network of
resettlement and jobfinding support. |

employment throughout their working life 2. Offer
employers access to staff they can rely on. |

Forces and their families. It exists, in conjunction
with Quest magazine, to provide information and help for
personnel with an interest in education, resettlement

Officers Association |
The
Officers Association is a charity dedicated to assisting
officers who have retired or are about to retire from
Her Majesty's Armed Forces. The Association was founded
in 1919 and received the Royal Charter in 1921. |
