To get in touch with us, if and when you need assistance, you

you your problems and suggest what can be done for you. They are
experts in this field and they will advise you what to do. You
may find that your best course of action is to seek legal advice
or you may have to contact the Citizens Advice Bureau; but if
you need financial aid they will then get in touch with us and
we will try and help.
Please understand that we cannot deal directly with you
for financial help
Under the rules for Service Charities we must refer all
applications for financial grants back to SSAFA Divisional
Secretary for a report.
When we have this report we can then see how best we can
help. In some instances we ask the Army Benevolent Fund or other
related Service Charities for assistance. All reports we get are
treated with the utmost confidentially and only those involving
in making decisions about any application are allowed to see
them
The Royal British Legion (TRBL) also has a number of local
representatives. If you would rather talk to them but you don't
know their telephone number you should ring the LEGIONLINE on
0345 725 725. Their Head Office in London is;
